01 / Definitions

Platform Scope

"Platform" refers to the proprietary software architecture provided by OrlentaWave for processing infrastructure telemetry into wave-based patterns.

02 / Ownership

Intellectual Property

All Fourier-inspired analytical algorithms, UI patterns, and data decomposition methodologies remain the exclusive property of OrlentaWave Digital.

03 / Eligibility

Corporate Use

Access is limited to Malaysian legal entities or authorized global enterprises operating within the Malaysian digital infrastructure landscape.

User Responsibilities & Data Limits

Service Reliability

While OrlentaWave provides high-resolution visibility, users are responsible for the primary ingestion stability of their local APIs. We do not guarantee results derived from corrupted hardware signals or offline sensors.

Enterprises must provide accurate infrastructure maps for calibration.
Unauthorized reverse-engineering of wave algorithms is strictly prohibited.

Limitation of Liability

OrlentaWave acts as an analytical layer. Decisions made based on predictive wave diagnostics are at the sole discretion of the client's engineering team.

We are not liable for infrastructure downtime caused by third-party hardware failures or external network disruptions beyond our monitoring gateway.

Malaysian Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from the use of the platform shall be resolved within the local judicial system, specifically the courts of Selangor or Kuala Lumpur.
